Phaidon International is proud to announce this week that we have become members of Women in Recruitment (WIR), having officially signed the Women in Recruitment Charter. All Phaidon International employees are now members of this important initiative.
WIR was formed to give recruitment companies practical support in attracting, developing and retaining their female talent, while demonstrating a commitment to gender equality for clients and candidates. Diversity affects all industries, Women in Recruitment (WIR) is supported by the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), aiming to empower women in the recruitment sector to achieve their full potential.
Joining the WIR Gender Equality Charter is a commitment for Phaidon International to show both current and future female employees that the company is committed to gender equality and advancing the careers of women. By signing the charter all members are actively encouraging gender equality across the industry through recruitment, career progression and development.
