Phaidon International is delighted to announce that it has been ranked 11th in LinkedIn’s Global Top 25 Most Socially Engaged Staffing Firms.
LinkedIn analysed thousands of data points from September 1, 2017, to August 31, 2018. The rankings considered the company and employee reach and engagement, recruiter effectiveness, and content marketing of more than 60,000 search and staffing companies listed on LinkedIn.
In 2018, Phaidon International spearheaded a strategic approach to social media marketing with the launch of their internal mobile-app, Phaidon Reward. The app, now available across all of the group’s global offices, uses gamification to encourage and increase corporate social media engagement, as employees compete to win prizes. The success of the app recently saw Phaidon International recognized as the Most Innovative Company of the Year at the 2018 Recruitment International Awards.
