We believe our success doesn’t just come from providing clients with the candidates they need; we believe it comes from providing candidates with the challenging and exciting jobs they want. We engage in reciprocal, win-win relationships.
Last year we placed 216 candidates in new roles. Given that only around 10% of those professionals were actively looking, that leaves a large majority who had not been seeking a new role, until we had connected with them. After that first discussion an LVI Associates specialist recruitment consultant, we were able to provide them with opportunities that allowed them to achieve their career aspirations.

We may be approaching you about a specific opportunity for which you have been recommended, or we may be getting in touch as you are a highly talented candidate in your field.

We take the following approach with each candidate:

1) We quickly gain an understanding of the type of opportunities you’re potentially looking for. That means we will only approach you about the most relevant opportunities—and not waste your time with roles that aren’t a good fit. 
2) You will have access to employers with whom we have exclusive partnerships that are simply not available to other consultancies. 
3) You will have access to a free-of-charge service that may ultimately open the door to an exciting new career path for you.  

The recruitment process for candidates 

You have probably engaged in discussions with other consultancies in the past; however, the 10 or so minutes spent up front in initial discussions with a specialist at LVI Associates will save you time in the long run.

We have streamlined our process to provide the best possible service to you. Initially, we have a confidential conversation with our candidates, to discuss the opportunities available and gain an understanding of their interests. If our opportunities and your interests align, we will then map out a plan of action for how we can best help you achieve your professional aspirations. If we decide that now is not the right time after that call, then that is not a problem.

If you do decide to move forward with one of our opportunities, we consult with you and the client throughout the interview process. This ongoing consultative process is to ensure that you are the right fit for the role but also to ensure that the opportunity is right for you. We will arrange conversations with you before and after every interview.
