Phaidon International named Best Small Company to Work For 2016

Phaidon International, the micro-specialist recruitment group has been named Best Small Company to Work For by The Sunday Times.

The group specialise in securing mid-senior level talent in STEM sectors for clients in over 63 countries worldwide, from its offices in the US, Europe and Asia. 

The recognition comes at an exciting time for the group after securing 18m investment from Muzinich & Co to create a platform to accelerate growth.

Plans already underway include further US expansion with a local office opening in Chicago, adding to the success of New York, San Francisco and Boston; Germany and Benelux are next for Europe.

People are central to the group’s growth strategy and the development of every individual, from entry level to Director is prioritised to ensure growth targets are met.

Development frameworks have been introduced to ensure the path to progression is accessible and transparent; The “Learn To” training academy, popular with consultants of all levels has been extended to offer 38 new self-service courses, ensuring every employee has the necessary resources to progress in their role.
