Phaidon International win Most Innovative Company of the year 2018

Phaidon International is excited to announce that it has been named Most Innovative Company of the Year at the 2018 Recruitment International Awards.

The winners were announced at the prestigious ceremony in Guildhall in London on Thursday, the 4th of October. The Awards, which recognise true innovation and best practice within the industry, celebrate the professional excellence and achievements of the brightest recruitment professionals and companies across the UK. 

The Recruitment International award was given for Phaidon International’s latest mobile app-based innovation, ‘Phaidon Reward’; an internal company social media sharing platform. The product uses gamification to encourage and increase corporate social media presence, whilst building internal brand advocates through an incentive scheme.

Innovation is an integral part of Phaidon International’s continued success. The concept was born as a solution to one of the biggest challenges marketing teams in the recruitment industry face; maximising the reach that social media platforms provide.

The award follows a busy year for Phaidon International; including the announcement of the latest acquisition by Quilvest Private Equity, they are continued headline sponsors of Loughborough University’s Students Men’s Rugby for a second year, as well as the global roll-out of Augmented Reality technologies.
