A pharmaceutical leader that focuses on developing and manufacturing world-class innovative medicines are currently seeking an AD/Director of Clinical Operations as their research team is constantly expanding!  They are passionate and committed to changing the lives of their patients and by this, they are dedicated to advancing their medicines. Now is a pivotal time to get in with this group as the AD/Director of Clinical Operations will have the ability to lead and impact important organizational changes.

The AD/Director of Clinical Operations will have the following responsibilities:

The AD/Director of Clinical Operations will play a pivotal part in the company’s expansion.  They will achieve efficiency by providing direction and streamlining clinical trials on a large scale. They will serve as a figurehead for the company and provide strong leadership.

  • Identifying and negotiating with CROs and other outside vendors and study site contracts
  • Responsible for the oversight and strategic director of multiple projects, spanning more than one therapeutic area
  • Being aware of industry trends and development in order to define improvements for future project design
  • Monitor the company’s programs and projects in accordance with strict time-lines and budgets
  • Contributing to protocol writing, clinical study reports, as well as being involved with abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
  • Minimum of +7 years experience in the industry
  • Advanced degree  preferred
  • Record of success managing phase I-IV clinical trials
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Oncology experience preferred but not required
  • Vendor or sponsor management experience a must
