Associate Director, Sales Forecasting
Location: New Jersey
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

One of the world's premier pharmaceutical companies is looking to add an Associate Director of Forecasting for their generic product portfolio. Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth and expansion and is looking for a strong leader to spearhead long-term sales forecasting of their generic non-injectable products.

The Associate Director of Forecasting will be responsible for developing sales forecasts including monthly sales reports, product sales, business updates and business planning. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, working to maintain up-to-date forecast models and leading forecasting and business planning processes. This is a highly visible role with an excellent opportunity for career growth.


  • Using analytics to support commercial decisions for inline generic products.

  • Strategic development for the generic portfolio as well as business development strategies.

  • Develop and maintain a long-term sales forecast model.

  • Create and implement a 12-24 month demand forecast.

  • Develop annual sales budgets, conducting quarterly updates/analysis.


  • Strong analytical and business acumen, well versed in financial system knowledge & skills

  • Proficiency in complex Excel spreadsheet modeling

  • Ability to develop and implement templates to upload data, with a strong technical background and ability to work with large data sets

  • Experience analyzing and providing insight from large data sets, use of statistical analysis programs

  • Preferred experience in the Generic pharmaceutical space

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow-through on deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Bachelors degree required, focus in Finance/Business/Accounting preferred.
