Brand Manager - Corporate Identity

Job Description:

An innovative Medical Device company is seeking a Corporate Brand Manager based in Salzburg, Austria to join their team in their International HQ. The role will suit an individual who has 5 years' experience in a corporate environment with Head Quarter (HQ) exposure. As a great team player with unmatched communication skills, you must able to build strong relations with colleagues and clients. You would have also worked in a B2B environment in an international company gaining a degree of seniority. A short chain of command reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President of Marketing you will be responsible for projecting the brand image appropriately, communicating this throughout the Marketing teams worldwide.

Responsibilities of Brand Manager:

  • Support the Marketing Network in aligning their work to the overall brand positioning and Corporate Identity

  • Further development of brand guidance and creation of marketing communication materials

  • Monitoring brand perception and defining strategies and tactics to further improve our brand equity

  • Planning and implementing brand marketing campaigns and event-related corporate campaigns

  • Education and supporting the internal marketing teams worldwide in how to appropriately communicate our brand

  • Implementation of Marketing Communication standards for product launches

Requirements for Brand Manager:

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business administration

  • 5 years professional experience within a corporate or central marketing team of a global operation company

  • Profound experience with brand guidance and brand governance as well as expertise in marketing communication project management

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Result orientated, analytical skills as well as detail orientation

  • High level of self-organisation and ability to prioritise demands from various stakeholders
