We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing Preferred Partnership Program team, who are responsible for the proactive and responsive development of new clients across the USA.
As a business development associate you engage in the origination and development of clients with the aim of identifying and qualifying new roles to be worked by the sales team. You will work with existing clients and develop new relationships, agreeing to profitable terms over the phone, in face-to-face meetings and through attending networking events. You will also act as a subject matter expert for a specific industry sector and ensure information is distributed effectively to senior global stakeholders.

What we would like to see from applicants:
- 2 years of previous experience in a Business Development Role
- Success winning new business and developing existing client relationships
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred
- Industry knowledge covering one of our 6 brands is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work both in a team and as an individual contributor
