Our Manhattan office is looking to build our business development team in our brand new office.

What Does a Business Development role consist of?
  • Networking to develop new business with potential clients (senior executives and c-suites) while continuing connections with existing clients.
  • Consulting your client on both the market as well as hiring trends.
  • Putting together a shortlist of candidates to present to your clients by attracting and engaging potential candidates.
  • Acting as a liaison between the candidate and your client in order to ensure a successful hiring process.
  • Negotiating all aspects of the offers for candidate and client.
