My client is a top global engineering firm and they offer solutions and products in terms of designing and maintenance for building integration.

The Fire role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. You will be reporting to the Fire Sales Team lead and working alongside a team of enthusiastic sales personnel to carry out the following:

  • Manage the P/L of the Fire sales team

  • Achieve monthly sales target set by the Fire Sales Team Leader

  • Maintain relationship with existing clients through follow ups

  • Build pipeline by sourcing new client base

  • Develop and execute new marketing strategies to attract new prospective clients

  • Provide after sales service and attend to client inquiries

Essential skills:

  • Experience in Fire systems/product sales and building technology

  • 7-15 years of sales experience within the Fire industry

  • Possess good knowledge and understanding in Japan's Fire Sales market

  • Proven track record of achieving monthly KPI

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Japanese language, English will be a plus
