Job responsibilities (This position is based in Pakistan)

  1. In charge of company overall financial management, establish and improve the financial management system;
  2. Responsible for supervising the company cost control and the implementation of the relevant system;
  3. Responsible for the forecast, management and control of the Company's capital needs and improve the efficiency of capital utilization;
  4. Responsible for organizing and developing of various business plans of the company, supervising the execution of major financial revenue and expenditure plans and commercial contracts;
  5. Responsible for organizing and developing the company's financial management and accounting system, supervision and inspection of financial all levels operations and capital income and expenditure;
  6. Participate in the operation and management of the company, promote the business connection and cooperation among various departments, and provide financial related decision to management;
  7. Responsible for arranging and coordinating various tax affairs and conducting tax planning reasonably;
  8. Responsible for providing training and guidance to financial staff, improve their professional skills;
  9. Regularly conduct financial status and business status analysis, and regarding the problem or issue which in course of business, timely submit financial analysis reports and rationalize proposals to company management and CPIH, help company to continuously improve the management skill.


  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related majors, CPA preferred;
  2. At least 8-years working experience in financial management position, senior financial management positions in overseas project and power industry (power generation business) work experience is preferred;
  3. A good sense of professionalism and risk management, strong execution ability, strong sense of responsibility;
  4. Possess international perspective, with pioneering and innovative ability, able to work under pressure with strong resilience;
  5. With meticulous and precise work attitude, with strong communication and coordination skills, high overall quality, strong ability to learn and work steadfastly;
  6. Experience in bank or communicate with bank or familiar with banking processes;
  7. Rich experience in budget management, cost management, tax planning and financing;
  8. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, good command of both Chinese and English.
