As a CCO and CRO you will be responsible of the Compliance and Risk Management functions for the business and supports the Board of the group in evaluating the effectiveness of the Company's risk management and Compliance processes and operations

Ensure adequate design and implementation of Compliance and Risk Management System across the Group through developing and maintaining comprehensive governance and oversight program, including coordinated risk assessments, key control monitoring and testing, escalation protocols and gap identification and remediation efforts
- Drive key strategic business initiatives in compliance with legal requirements and risk tolerance levels, including M&A and other corporate transactional and reorganizational activities and strategic digital distribution and related efforts
- Liaise with and support the entities, Compliance and Risk leadership on emerging issues and risk areas, including regulatory examinations, internal investigations, new/alternative business development and integration projects and new regulation implementation
- Report to the Board on material Compliance, Risk and Regulatory topics and trends
- Lead relationship with the Group Compliance and Risk Executive Management and represent the Group's interests in various forums.
- Oversee global information security and data protection programs across the Group, including serving as Data Protection Officer.
- Manage, lead and develop a team in a continuously changing environment and empower them to execute tasks independently and delegate activities in line with staff's competences and responsibilities
- Provide employees with guidance on overall strategic picture and how own functional area's targets are aligned to it

Requirements:

At least 10 years relevant professional experience in compliance and/or risk related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in comparable managerial role in asset management or financial services industry
- Master degree in business administration, economics or legal
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management, and in an international environment
- Diplomatic sensitivity and ability to manage multiple stakeholder
- Project management skills and ability to coordinate a number of projects in parallel
- High level of integrity
- Experience in managing change and promote innovation with a hands-on mentality
- Proven command of the English language (verbal and written), German is a plus
