Cisco UC Engineer – Marseille, France

A Cisco Gold European integrator are working closely with a national French service provider looking and are looking for an experienced Cisco UC Engineer to join their expert team and be based in the Marseille office. This is an experience technical position and required someone with strong experience across multiple Cisco UC products, especially CUCM.

Project Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of service are being delivered to customers in your dedicated area.
  • Consult with customers to ensure their networks are being constantly improved, maintained and optimized to the provider’s standards.
  • Oversee and help manage any implementation/deployment/migration stages to ensure the correct procedure and service is being given at all times. Participate in high level support escalations for your dedicated customers.
Requirements
  • Experience across the spectrum of Cisco UC products, especially within CUCM. Any video experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Proven experience of working directly with key end customers and being able to manage their projects in a professional manner.
  • A strong project background is required and experience working on end to end environments is deal.
