Client Services Assistant

Phaidon International are looking for a Client Services Assistant to support one of our flagship teams - the Preferred Partnership Program for a 3 month contract, with the opportunity to move full time if successful.

We are continuing to invest heavily in the services we offer to our clients and this role will provide a valuable contribution to that ongoing effort. This person will be an important part of our team whilst having the opportunity to learn about the Financial Services industry and its niche verticals that we support. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Utilize various software and tools to input data in order to develop market maps of key stakeholders at relevant organizations. Monitor and assist with the management of online systems and portals;
  • Data entry to support tracking of client, consultant and candidate activity;
  • Promote compliance with internal policies and best practices;
  • Regular reporting on people analytics, consultant activity and client engagement in order to provide internal stakeholders with visibility on key performance indicators;
  • Assist with implementing internal and external work flows and information exchanges. Provide management with recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing and revising documentation / correspondence prior to it being sent to clients;
  • Arrange meetings and assist with event planning. Assist with the coordination of interviews and recording of client feedback;
  • Research / gather information on key topics and present findings.
