Clinical Program Manager

An expanding pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Clinical Program Manager that would be able to develop and manage a broad array of Phase I-III oncology clinical programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and written skills as well as experience in full cycle program management

The Company prefers for organic growth so there is no ceiling for career progression. This is strictly an expansion hire; it is something that will be tailored to the right candidate.

The Clinical Program Manager will have responsibilities that include:
  • Foreseeing clinical programs that focus on phase I-III
  • Making decisions that makes sure deadlines are met, and budgets are appropriately balanced
  • Developing full synopsis and protocols involving all relevant study team members
  • Working with cross functional teams encompassing R&D, regulatory, CMC, clinical, and post market departments
  • Experience in the application of traditional program management principles and practices
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical research.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing clinical programs in guidance with ICPs, SOPs and GCP.
  • Managing large amount of data from clinical trials that include varying therapeutic focuses.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience with Oncology clinical trials extremely preferred
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
