Cluster Head- CEE 

Location: Within CEE region
Preferably: Prague 

This position will be responsible the submission for the CEE region, covering 8 countries. Your role will be to develop and implement the market access strategy for your cluster, allowing for a great level of professional responsibility and growth. The company I represent are looking to take someone they can grow and develop into either a director level or for the applicant to manage a much larger area in a short space of time.

  • To identify local Market Access changes/trends which will influence access.
  • Design, prepare and tender relevant submissions to public formularies
  • Management of prices of the company's products 
  • Work closely with EMEA market access team
  • Responsible for Market Access landscape assessment (pricing, reimbursement, access, stakeholder mapping)

  • Experienced in Market Access within the region
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a large Market Access function 
  • Deep knowledge concerning pricing mechanisms and regulations in the CEE region
  • Fluent in English and one language within the CEE cluster 
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • €80,000 - €120,000 dependent on experience
