The Compliance Associate will play a vital role in ensuring our clients background screening checks are meeting their requirements along with legislative requirements. As our contracts workforce continues to grow, the compliance team's presence grows and is essential to sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all checks are carried out relating to background screening clearances and referencing in line with legislation and Client requirements
- Follow approved compliance processes
- Maintain and update compliance trackers
- Escalate any anomalies and adverse information to appropriate parties
- Update candidate records with compliance information
- Conduct ongoing candidate compliance audits ensuring all contractual and legal obligations have been met
- Provide accurate report updates to the business on case status
- Act as a point of contact for background screening compliance queries
- Support with any Client audits
- Provide accurate report updates to the business on case status weekly
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant compliance experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
