Quality Assurance - Compliance Lead

Our client is a rapidly growing Biotech organisation that is establishing a new site in Ireland and seeking experienced professionals to join their Quality Assurance teams. The company is a global Biotech which has received significant recognition over the past few years as an excellent place to work for. 

This will be a critical role within the business and will maintain compliance of the Validation cGMP compliance, training and audit functions within the Quality Assurance department. This role would place you as part of a dynamic team in a fast paced environment to work closely with several departments in order to assist in the development of processes and systems.

Responsibilities for this position will include:
  • Supporting the review and submission of documents such as CAPAs, NOEs, EOEs and CCs.
  • Track and Trend all QA Validation compliance activities and create regular reports for compliance metrics.
  • Develop and implement specific compliance related procedures and policies for QA Validation.
  • Reviewing policies, procedures relating to QA Validation to ensure compliance with international regulations.
A successful candidate will be expected to have:
  • A BSc/BA in a scientific discipline
  • 3+ years’ relevant work experience in Pharmaceuticals or a GMP environment
  • Experience within Quality/Validation is essential
  • A good knowledge of technical terminology
