DACH PV Manager & Deputy EU QPPV

An international pharmaceutical specialising in a diverse variety of therapeutic areas is hiring a DACH PV Manager & Deputy EU QPPV in their Dusseldorf office. They aim to supply much needed prescription medicines to patients and assist healthcare professionals in the safe use of their products in Oncology, Toxicology, Consumer Health, Child Health, Urology, Medical Devices, and more. Their expertise lies in the acquisition and licensing of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and delivering these to patients all over the world.

As the DACH PV Manager & Deputy EU QPPV you cover all aspects of DACH Pharmacovigilance relating to the development and implementation of optimal pharmacovigilance strategies for the portfolio of products and thereby ensure Pharmacovigilance and commercial success. This is a fast paced environment with multiple projects on the go at once and requires a dynamic, flexible and resourceful individual working closely with the PV team located in the UK. Some travel to the UK will be required. Will be required to provide cover in absence of QPPV. No line management responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Signal management support (initial signals detection, through their validation and confirmation; analysis and prioritisation; and signal assessment to recommending action, as well as the tracking of the steps taken and of any recommendations made.)

  • Support the company's pharmacovigilance system

  • DACH PV system responsible person

  • Deputy EU QPPV

  • CCDS management (priority list management, gap analysis, labelling review)

  • PSUR management (author and maintenance, including benefit-risk assessment)

  • BRA management

  • RMP management

  • Due diligence

  • Support DACH medical information management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years In a Deputy QPPV position, and at least 5 years in Pharmacovigilance

  • Local PV knowledge in DACH

  • Fluent in the English & German Language, written and oral

  • BSc in Life Science

Package:

  • Salary ranging between €80,000 - €90,000 (depending on experience)

  • KPI Bonus between 15%
