THE POSITION
- To work with our Key House Accounts and provide CV's for the job vacancies they have open
- Using the Job Portals to share candidate CV's and updating the internal Database
- Work with our Contracts Director and Managing Delivery Consultant to source the right calibre of candidates for the vacancy brief that our clients are providing
- Purely focusing on sourcing candidates within the Contracts market
- Working on vacancies across multiple industry sectors such as Technology, Life Sciences and Procurement
- Sourcing candidates for vacancies across the UK, Europe and USA
- Building rapport quickly with passive candidates and securing their representation for the job opportunities they will be sourcing
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic background
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates over the phone
- Be able to articulate themselves and worked in an environment where they must communicate effectively with customers
- Have experience of persuading others in a work environment
- Be organised and have the ability to multi-task
- Have experience of taking the initiative and thinking on their feet
- Be flexible to work , we working with roles in different time zones
- Previous Resourcing or Candidate Management experience would be beneficial
