My client, a highly reputable late stage Fintech startup based in the Bay Area is entering a period of expansion. Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence form a large part of their strategic growth objectives for 2018 and as such an opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Marketing Analytics professional to join this reputable team.

This role reports to the head of Marketing Analytics and holds a highly visible position within the business partnering with both Product and Marketing teams.

As a Digital Marketing Analytics – Associate you will be responsible for:
  • Using analytical tools to create data-driven insights for both Product and Marketing teams focused on customer acquisition growth, marketing efficiency, and channel diversification.
  • Leading cross-functional projects to forecast and plan campaigns as well as reporting on conversions and ROI.
  • Tracking performance of SEM/PPC marketing campaigns, maximizing web conversion.
  • Provide business summaries and insights to key stakeholders.
Should have the following qualifications:
  • 2+ years  of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
  • Experience with website analysis using tools such as google analytics
  • Fluent in statistical software packages e.g. SQL and excel.
  • Fluent in one or more large data mining and analytical tools e.g. SAS, R and Python
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools e.g. Google analytics and tableau
