A leading retailer company is seeking an experienced EMEA Demand Planner based in Hamburg. This is an exciting role that will allow you to be involved in two main values stream: Point of Sale materials and Jewellery in EMEA. The Planning Department is structure around planning system logistics and comprises elements like using statistical modeling in a fixed monthly planning cadence. My client currently employs over 7500 employees and has a great global presence.


-       Execution of EMEA defined best planning processes

-       Generate and validate the Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and/or Jewellery demand plans

-       Preparation of tools, generation of reports and documentation required for meetings with local markets and the EMEA region.

-       Must shine in evolving and preserving relationships at an executive level;

-       Development of processes interacting with markets on gathering intelligence to be added to the demand plan.


Skills and Experience Required

-       Bachelor or Master’s Degree holder.

-       3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain/Demand Planning

-       Good knowledge of S&OP process as well as Advanced Planning Systems

-       Fluent in English and good knowledge of German.

-       Strong networker with good people and communication skills.
