The Role of a Recruiter:

  • You will use a variety of recruitment methods to expand upon our extensive client base including networking events, business development, marketing and building off of existing relationships.

  • You will use targeted recruitment methods to source niche talent with specific skill sets.

  • You will manage the entire recruitment process on both sides of the cycle from the initial generating of the job all the way through to closing the deal and following up with both parties after the placement.
