Phaidon International is a parent company to six micro-specialized recruitment brands representing the six market verticals in which our Recruitment Consultants source senior-level talent:
Selby Jennings: Financial Services, EPM Scientific: Life Sciences, Larson Maddox: Legal, DSJ Global: End-to-End Supply Chain and Procurement, LVI Associates: Infrastructure and Engineering, and GloComms: IT and Tech.
Located in the heart of the city, Phaidon International's Chicago office is coming off a record-breaking year generating revenue, celebrating our award-winning culture, and engaging community outreach. Our business has no plans to stop this exponential growth, and we are looking for self-motivated individuals to join us in the Chicago Office!
ABOUT THE POSITION
-Source senior level talent for top companies
-Utilize our global CRM data base containing a multitude of candidate profiles, in addition to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and more.
-Build long-term professional relationships through networking with top talent and clients.
-Manage existing client accounts and conduct regular new business development outreach to expand client portfolios.
-Consult candidates and clients on relevant market trends.
-Articulately advertise job openings
-Maintain clear communication between all parties throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
ABOUT YOU
-We are looking for competitive, motivated, driven, self-starters.
-Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
-Experience with a commission-based role is a bonus.
