What does the role of an executive recruiter involve?
  • This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced, exciting 360 role that allows our recruiters to work directly with both senior decision makers at companies that range from start-up to Fortune 10s and executive-level talent in their industry.
  • You will be responsible for understanding the needs of your clients in terms of executive-level talent, in order to find them the most qualified candidates for the position they are looking to fill. The candidates, which you will place have the opportunity to help shape the future of some of the most prestigious companies the world has to offer.
  • You'll use a variety of methods such as networking, headhunting, advertising, various forms of social media, alongside maintaining relationships with quality executive-level candidates to sell new opportunities.
  • With support and extra learning, you will become a specialist in your chosen field and a partner-of-choice for your clients and candidates.
