As our Boston team continues to expand, we are looking to add an Experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to join the team and help facilitate our continued growth!
Role of a Experienced Life Sciences Recruiter
You will seek out niche, senior-level talent and see them through the entire hiring process from start to finish.
You will work with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 10 companies and consult with them on current market trends.
Guide/advise candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial interviews to successful placements
Mentor junior consultants on the team, with the potential to move into management

Proven track record of success within the recruiting & staffing industry
Ideally 2+ years of recruiting experience
Eagerness to hit the ground running & specialize within a niche market
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written & face to face)
