I am working with an asset management firm with over $15B in AUM that is focused on private assets including private equity, private credit, and clean energy infrastructure.   The firm is growing the team that is based here in New York and eager to add a VP of Business Development to the team to focus on the private wealth channel on the east coast. 

The firm is seeking a candidate with a proven track record along with relationships including financial advisors, RIA’s, family offices, and independent broker dealers specifically on the east coast of the United States. 

  • Develop the eastern territory across various private wealth channels
  • Identify new business as well as maintaining existing business
  • Respond to prospective requests from financial intermediaries throughout the sales process
  • Increase sales in a competitive and fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a sales role with existing relationships in the private wealth space
  • Solid understanding of the alternative investments industry
  • Excelling organization, time management, and communications skills
  • Superior attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
