Responsibilities of a Finance Recruiter:
- As a finance recruiter you will utilize business development techniques to build a book of business and partner with clients ranging from start ups to Fortune 10.
- You will become an expert within a niche vertical within the finance industry and use your knowledge to consult with your clients.
- You will focus on recruiting niche senior level candidates within the finance industry through headhunting and sourcing techniques and submit a shortlist back to your clients.
- As a finance recruiter, you will manage the entire hiring process all the way from interview preparations to negotiating salaries and job offers.
