Forensic Structural Engineer

A well-established, successful US-based engineering company are looking for a forensic structural engineer to assist in the growth of their forensic structural and architecture department in Colorado.

They are a nationwide structural engineering and architecture firm who have offices spread across the US. Providing services in forensic and rehabilitation they are a well-rounded company who can both investigate what went wrong and re-design to fix the problem whether it be a parking structure, building, bridge, stadium or any other type of structure.

Structural Forensic Engineering Responsibilities:

- Assist in the expansion of the business in Colorado
- Business development and marketing of the company 
- Mentor and train juniors
- Testify in court as an expert witness when required
- Write technical reports based on findings and review those written by junior staff 

Structural Forensic Engineering Requirements:

- Bachelors Engineering degree
- PE License
- Forensic Engineering experience ideal but not required
- 5 - 10 years design engineering experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to testify in court
- Ability to develop business
