Phaidon International has grown from humble beginnings to being listed as one of the fastest-growing businesses, in any industry, in the world, for the last 3 years (Sunday Times International Track 200). Recent growth has seen the business go from almost 400 to 800+ consultants and 8 to 11 offices in just a couple of years, including our newest opening in Berlin-our hub for the DACH region.
Due to Hyper growth in our Berlin Office we are looking to add German speaking, Senior Recruitment Consultants to a number of teams. We are looking for either High Performing Managers or a Top Billers that we can fast track to Senior Management and beyond .
We opened our Berlin office in January 2018 and it was the most successful opening in Phaidon's history, we are now at 30 people and looking to be at 100 pax across the DACH region by the end of 2021.
In line with this expansion there is an opportunity for German speaking, Senior Recruitment Consultants to fast track their career- including the ability to earn equity in addition to an industry leading commission structure, a quick path to directorship and international relocation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience recruiting within the DACH market. You can be in Berlin/Germany already or if you have German fluency we can also look at Consultants willing to relocate from the UK or within the EU

Selby Jennings- Front, Middle and Back office roles across Banking & Financial Services
DSJ Global - Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and Operational Excellence roles across STEM / MINT
Glocomms - Big Data, DevOps and IT sales roles across STEM / MINT
EPM Scientific-BioPharmaceuticals, Medical Device and MedTech
The opportunity here is all about proving yourself with billings to establish credibility then fast-tracking you to build out a team. We are all about owning your own desk (BD, speculative sends, referrals and relationships) and supporting you to grow a successful team below you.
