Global Product Lead - Oncology - Geneva

The Opportunity

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of the pre-marketing/marketing, and the commercial strategy for an upcoming launch. You will be responsible for preparing the market for future indications and launches, in addition to the strategic thinking of how to position the products and company, as well as how to shape the communication for global communication, as well as ensure these messages are localised at affiliates levels.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain core relationships across; stakeholders, patients, customers, regulatory affairs, medical, government affairs, clinical, legal and market access. The aim will be to analyse patient insights and therapeutic needs, develop brand data and positioning across multiple teams.

  • Manage the global Marketing and Promotional budget

  • To create, develop, and execute the strategic marketing launch plan, including; product position, marketing action plan aligned with the needs of Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regulatory departments)

  • Working closely with the medical teams to identify key patient treatment centres and assess customer and patient need to adapt and develop the plan as needed.

  • Develop and implement key marketing initiatives across the marketing campaign, including promotional messaging, educational activities, and congress activities

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant degree in Marketing or Life Sciences

  • Professional levels of both English and French

  • Proven ability to create a marketing plan

  • Past experience of both brand and project management

  • High level of communication skill

  • If you have ever launch in an Oncology indication- this would be a plus
