Phaidon International is a global recruitment agency, and we're looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our Central London team and to become future leaders of our business. Phaidon has 5 recruitment brands focusing on; Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, Procurement and IT. Phaidon is a recruitment agency that has been established for over 16 years with 12 offices globally across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia, and we're on track to become the fastest growing Recruitment business in the UK and abroad.
Duties:
- Developing new business
- Cold-calling clients and candidates
- Sourcing and/or head-hunting experienced candidates
- Achieving set targets and working to deadlines
