What will I do day-to-day?
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior-level candidates.
- Building your own portfolio of vacancies and managing client relationships
- Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process, gain full understanding of their needs and give advice on market trends.
- See candidates through the entire hiring process from interview prep to negotiating job offers
