Following a second multi-million pound investment into our business, in the last 2 years, we are currently on an exciting hyper-growth journey that will see our business grow from 600 - 1100 people by the end of 2020, alongside opening a minimum of 4 more offices across Europe and America. So, what will you be doing on a day-to-day basis in Recruitment?
- This is a diverse, exciting role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
- You will act as an ambassador to prestigious client companies around the world and as an advisor to both your candidates and clients.
- You will work closely with your client to understand their needs and advise them on the current market.
- You will use targeted recruitment methods to source specialist talent with specific skillsets including; networking, advertising, obtaining referrals and the use of social media.
- Once you have introduced your candidate and client you will act as an intermediary, offering advice to both parties, negotiating any offers and guiding your candidate through resignation.
- With support and training you become a specialist within your niche market focus and build relationships with some of the most important people in the field.
