So, what will you be doing on a day-to-day basis in Recruitment?

  • This is a diverse, exciting role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • You will act as an ambassador to prestigious client companies around the world and as an advisor to both your candidates and clients.
  • You will work closely with your client to understand their needs and advise them on the current market.
  • You will use targeted recruitment methods to source specialist talent with specific skillsets including; networking, advertising, obtaining referrals and the use of social media.
  • Once you have introduced your candidate and client you will act as an intermediary, offering advice to both parties, negotiating any offers and guiding your candidate through resignation.
  • With support and training you become a specialist within your niche market focus and build relationships with some of the most important people in the field.
