Your role at Phaidon International will include:
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with different clients and candidates.
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle from beginning to end and ensure the experience is gold-standard for both parties.
- Headhunt experienced and senior level candidates for high-level job vacancies in top companies.
- Become an expert negotiator and mediator.
