A Market Leader in the field of Immunohematology Products, Fully Automated Drug Delivery Devices and Software focusing on Data Management is seeking an experienced Complaints Handling Specialist based in Frankfurt, Germany.

The US-based organisation began Laboratory Automation in 1998 and has since then played a pivotal role in making Blood Transfusions safe for Patients worldwide. The Head of Complaints Handling will be solely responsible for the Complaints Management associated with the company’s Quality Management Systems.

 

Responsibilities:

–      Identifying Customer Complaints and Conducting Complaints Investigations Throughout Europe


–      Quality Management System Development (ISO13485)


–      Supervising Tests Performed in Product Investigation Lab


–      Working Daily in a Regulated IVD Industry


–       

Skills and Experience Required


–      BSc Qualification or Above (Biology/Chemistry)


–      Knowledge of International Regulations (ISO13485, 9001, IVDD, GMP)


–      Experience in Immunohematology/Blood/Blood Banking


–      Fluent German and English
