Head of Supply Chain 

An exciting new start-up with one of the most innovative products/services in the world is currently looking to develop a new Supply Chain function in United Kingdom, London. This role is leading a team of professionals and will be building out a new greenfield team within the business. Recruitment and growth is a key part of this position as well as implementation of new strategic systems & processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Global COO
  • Responsible for the end to end supply chain
  • Managing a team of 5+ professionals
  • Global Supply Chain Management 
  • Inventory, Logistics & Planning focus
  • Developing a Greenfield team and expanding the procurement function
  • Developing relationships with new and old suppliers to ensure that the organisation has a smooth purchasing process.
Skills and Experience Required
  • 4+ years experience
  • Manufacturing / Production background preferred  
  • Management experience 
  • Business degree or equivalent 
  • Strong contract negotiation experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience 
  • Inventory & Planning experience minimum 
  • Fluent in German Essential
We are looking for someone with strong strategic capabilities who can manage stakeholders and implement change. You will have fantastic communication skills, a natural team player in a high performing environment.
