HR Generalist

A leading fashion retailer is looking for an HR Generalist in the Zurich area. The role will take responsibility for various HR processes, projects, and change management.

Responsibilities:
  • Run all HR processes for  recruitment, retention, and development for approximately 800 employees
  • Ensure an optimal communication flow with our internal offices
  • Support  the line managers in the management task as well as giving advice in labor law issues
  • Participation in the design and implementation of various HR projects, especially recruiting
  • increase profit by developing employees, introduce  ideas to improve productivity, change management
  • manage a team of 3 people
 

Skills / Experience:
  • Fluency in Swiss German/German other languages a plus.
  • You have a relevant degree HR Management / HR Fachausweis / HR Generalist
  • Several years of professional experience in HR management( leading 2 to 5 people)
  • Experience in change management
  • You are a proactive and customer-oriented personality
  • You are persuasive and are able to negotiate
