A world leading Biopharmaceutical Company is seeking individuals experienced in Health Technology Assessments. This HTA Lead will be an essential function of the Value Demonstration and Access Team (VD & A), holding responsibility for the strategic planning of frameworks and the overall execution of progression and guidance of the HTA department. Within this, they will hold the responsibility for the execution of the health economic and outcome projects ensuring the access to market across the product’s lifecycle.

  • Leading the Health Technology Assessment and Health Economic team to ensure a  submission that will guarantee a positive outcome
  • Coaching the specialists in how to liaise with NICE, AWMSG, SMC and NCPE
  • Working cross-functionally with the international VD & A, Global Value leads, Head of Marketing, Local commissioning, Brand and Marketing Leaders, medical affairs and R&D 
  • Developing strong relationships with KOL’s and external payors influences to assist the development of research and access strategies
  • Designing and helping the execution of the long-term strategies for upcoming product launches
  • Bring insights from the payors to help shape the company’s HTA strategies and results
  • Experienced working with HTA bodies across the UK
  • Proven success in HTA submissions
  • Coming from a background in Health Economics
  • Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Able to motivate and lead a team
  • Strategic in their long-term planning
  • Ability to influence the direction of the company’s mission
  • £90,000- £95,000 – dependant on candidate experience
