HR BP – EMEA HRBP– Senior Management – Zurich, Switzerland

After an extensive history of the brewing industry, and its success against beverage competitors worldwide, our client is focused on looking for an EMEA Human Resources Business Partner to manage their global team as effective immediately. With the everyday challenges of global HR issues within the organization, the role would be working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities and Role:

  • Predetermine and evaluate the HR plan for the organizations Swiss Head office
  • Support HR activities worldwide with other head HR managers of other HQ
  • Influence HR initiatives and projects, as well as implement them on a local level
  • Re-evaluate previous HR strategies and focus them towards improvement of cultural business development 
  • Ensure senior management employee best practice schemes by imposing leadership programs across global branches
  • Assuming responsibility for the continuous employee development and ensure the efficiency and delivery of strategy programs
  • Establish as well as keep up with internal and external contact list

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of BBA and MBA degree within an HR related field
  • Professional experience of 8 years 
  • Skilful in managing multicultural groups within a large business environment
  • Proficient in English and German (any other language is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the current trends of the ever-changing markets
  • Candidate must be legible to live in Switzerland
