Role Description:

Phaidon is growing quickly and the role will predominantly be working on the back-end systems to make sure things like user accounts are always kept up to date, but there will be times when other admin duties are required.

Although this is an entry level role it is also one of the most important roles within the technology team as the day one experience to our new recruits is paramount to how the Technology team is viewed within the business.

We are looking for a person who is organized, an analytical thinker, someone who can work with little supervision, but still keep to tight deadlines. Someone who will go the extra mile to make sure every detail is correct.

This is an exciting position that seeks a special individual with a 'Can do' attitude. You will be exposed to the latest technologies and will be a key part of the business and wider technology team.

Key Roles, Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handling and processing starter and leaver requests and associated actions
  • Handling account changes e.g. name changes, changes to job title etc.
  • Setting up and configuring new devices (Laptops, Desktops & Mobiles)
  • Prioritize and manage your workload to provide timely communication on issues and work to deliver resolution within agreed SLA's
  • Working closely with our HR and L&D teams
  • Responsibility for producing technical documentation and knowledge articles as required
  • Ensuring full compliance with Phaidon Internationals technology policies & procedures
  • Assist the technology teams Management in Admin tasks.
  • Ability to work shift hours (Early start / late start)
  • Ability to travel to other regional offices

Key Systems Supported:

  • Windows 10, Mac OS, IOS
  • MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive etc.)
  • Azure/Intune

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Excel, e.g. VLOOKUP function
  • Experience working with helpdesk systems is preferred along with experience in Asset Management
