Phaidon International is a staffing and recruitment firm that has been growing at an outstanding rate globally that focuses on both permanent and temporary placements of senior candidates within 4 key markets: STEM, Infrastructure, Finance, and Professional Services. Following this growth, we are looking to add a few more new members on board. Recruiting essentially is an Inside Sales role where you will be in a fast-paced environment growing a business and your clientele and making placements within those businesses.

In 2004, Phaidon International was established in London and since then has expanded globally to Zurich, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago with further plans to expand to Texas and North Carolina soon! Joining our Inside Sales team offers you huge professional growth and the chance to make an impact on our business.

Key responsibilities in an Inside Sales position:

  • Networking to develop new business with potential clients (senior executives and c-suites) while continuing relationships with current clients.
  • Consulting your client on both the market as well as the hiring trends.
  • Putting together a shortlist of candidates to present to your clients by attracting and engaging passive candidates.
  • Acting as a mediator between the candidate and your client in order to ensure a progressive hiring process.
  • Negotiating all aspects of the offers for candidate and client.
