Summary: A leading multi-billion dollar global private credit asset manager in NYC is looking to bring on an Investment Associate to join their lean team. You will be working closely with senior deal team members to underwrite and monitor a variety of middle market corporate loans, as well as have the ability to source your own ideas and present them to the investment committee. If you are looking to transition to the buy-side, or just looking to be closer to the investment process, then this is the role for you!

The Investment Associate will be responsible for...

  • Conducting due diligence on prospective investments
  • Preparing and maintaining financial models
  • Monitoring and managing existing investment portfolio companies
  • Managing due diligence and credit relationships at appropriate levels

The Investment Associate should have the following qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of corporate credit underwriting and restructuring experience
  • Ability to perform superior financial analysis of companies
  • Experience working with complex capital structures is highly preferred
