Our Berlin office currently stands at 36 people with a goal of being 100 by 2020! This means massive opportunity for growth and impact!

We currently have 4 of our Micro Specialist Brands operating out of Berlin, whose focus is as follows:

  • Selby Jennings- Front, Middle and Back office roles across Banking & Financial Services
  • DSJ Global - Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Operational Excellence roles across STEM / MINT
  • Glocomms - Big Data and IT sales roles across STEM / MINT
  • EPM Scientific - Medical Device and Pharmaceuticals

What does a Junior Recruiter do?

The main goal of a Recruiter is to find the right talent for their client. The job itself is divided in three main areas:

Recruitment: Sourcing the Talent

Consulting: Advising the Client and the Candidate throughout the whole hiring-process

Project-management: managing the hiring process from beginning until the end - meaning that you qualify the vacancy, match the right candidates, handle the interview process and negotiate the job offer all-together.

Our Recruitment Consultants proactively acquire and maintain relationships with a wide range of institutions in their designated industry.

When a candidate is successfully placed with a client our Recruitment Consultants will not only receive a commission but will be moving their way up the ladder to success and management!
