Junior Sales Associate, German-speaking part of Switzerland / Home-office

Our client, a well-known Swiss e-commerce organization that employs more than 130 people in Switzerland, is currently looking for a highly motivated expert in Sales with excellent German skills.  In this role, you will be in charge of developing business opportunities in a specific region in the Swiss market. Take this opportunity, bring your market knowledge and make an impact on the profitability, growth and market share of this dynamic company.

  • Key Account management
  • Implementation of  the Sales strategy in the allocated regions
  • Contract negotiations within the defined portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Acquisition and engagement of new clients
  • Management of the offer and customer database
  • Coordination with Planning, Sales coordinators, and Field sales
  • Execution and control of the qualitative and quantitative KPI’s
Skills / Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Key Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Very good network in Lucern, St Gallen, Basel or Bern
  • Previous experience in Hospitality, Gastro or Wellness
  • German (native level); English (fluent); French would be an asset
  • Independent and flexibility to do Home office
