As we are an organically grown business, this offers unlimited potential to all of our current and future employees and we are looking for forward thinking, specialist Sales Trainer to join our established Global L&D Team across the U.S.A based in New York so we can continue to deliver our exceptional in-class training and onboarding facilities to all levels of our employees.

The focus of this role is to deliver Sales training in line with local business strategy and to ensure the alignment of all sales training with the Global Learning and Development strategy.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and development of the business.

Key Deliverables as an L&D Recruitment Trainer:

  • Corporate Training-Induction, Systems, and Compliance

  • Classroom Training- delivering to foundation and experienced consultants

  • Agile Training- on desk training and support for our 0-18month population

  • Training Needs Analysis across the office and working with key stakeholders for performance uplift and impact

The ideal candidate will:

  • Act as an Internal Consultant within the business- think of yourself as 100% Client facing

  • Partner and influence senior stakeholders in the business

  • Have the ability to pitch decisions based on longer-term commercial objectives and work with team leads on their team strategy.

  • Be able to generate new ideas and changes of practice for the benefit of the business.

  • Act as a role model in the use and promotion of best practice.

  • Be empathetic and enable the forming of lasting relationships.

  • Have a desire to motivate and enthuse both consultants and peers.

  • Be effective in working across multiple teams that are located in different locations.

  • Have an authoritative presence and use their personal drive and motivation be able to pick themselves up after setbacks.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in delivering and developing Sales Training and/or 3+ years as a high performing Salesperson.

  • Previous experience in a high volume, fast-paced, end-to-end sales role

  • Previous experience in a Staffing or Recruitment business is highly desired although not essential.
