Are you looking for a Senior level position leading a lean transformation? One of the Top 10 Chemical companies in the world is in need of an experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  
You will develop and lead high impact product and process improvement teams through the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen events across the business. The Master Black Belt will have extensive experience working within a manufacturing environment specifically with specialty chemicals, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally within the business.
The Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will be responsible for:
  • Lean deployment across the specialty chemicals division
  • Collaborate with and lead Process Engineering efforts 
  • They will train and coach site personnel in ALPS processes, tools and methods.
  • Create a LEAN culture
  • Provide savings through process improvements, leadership, and support continuous improvement initiatives
The Director of Continuous Improvement should have the following skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • 8+ years working with specialty chemicals
  • A Process Engineering background/Plant Manager experience is strongly preferred
