Phaidon International is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to manage and deliver our graduate onboarding and training programme.
The role will be focused on working with our graduate population from the moment they accept an offer with us to passing probation. You will be working with Managers, Directors and members of the L&D team across Europe to ensure all new employees have the best chance of success within Phaidon. Our graduate hiring and training programme is central to our business growth.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to demonstrate a high volume of delivery and programme management at the graduate level
- Experience of conducting in depth evaluation
- Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management
- Previous experience in recruitment
We are looking for this role to develop into a manager and then head of position with a team of L&D consultants.
