Role of a recruiter at Phaidon International:
- Utilizes 'high return' methods for sourcing candidates
- Working with senior professionals, primarily in the life sciences space
- Utilizing our databases as well as our networking, headhunting, and consulting skills to be a key part in generating business.
- Working at a fast pace to fill urgent openings for our clients
- Meet key performance indicators (KPI) objectives set on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- When the candidate accepts the job, we get a commission ON TOP of our competitive base salary - commission is uncapped, and the earning potential is endless!
